Thanksgiving-- Simplified

Here are my top 10 ways to simplify your Thanksgiving Festivus

1. Plan to go out of town and then right before you are supposed to load everything into bags decide not to go.
2. Call and invite friends over to eat at the very last minute guaranteeing that they most likely have somewhere else to go.
3. Buy a large turkey, plan to cook it, and then throw back in the deep freeze to wait for Easter.
4. Buy a rotisserie chicken from Costco and pretend its turkey.
5. Thaw the rolls that have been icing up in the back of the freezer and forget the baking.
6. Buy all your pies
7. Cook stuffing from the box.
8. Slide your cranberry sauce in a cylinder from the can, instead of boiling and sugaring the real berries.
9. Go to a great movie.
10. Play a rousing game of dominoes with a 4 and 6 year old and then shoo them off to bed.

It was the best most un-stressful thanksgiving I have ever had, and dinner was still a big hit!
